We're still striving for:

  • Women's access to education.
  • Women's access to the shaping of education...and the world.


TUESDAY 25TH
6:30pm - Film Night at a location to be announced.

WEDNESDAY 26TH
12.30- 1.30pm- Critical Voice at Walters Cafe

Bev Thiele, long time feminist academic and current President of the Academic Council will be speaking about women's access to education in the Western Academy, from both a historical and a 'now' perspective.

THURSDAY 27TH: The Main Event
12.30 - 2.30pm Come celebrate, listen, discuss and play...speakers, Live Music, Food and the Launch of the Imagine
Women's Community Consultation.

THROUGHOUT THE WEEK:
Check out the library for displays depicitng issues around women and education

A survey will be conducted throughout the week to ascertain such things as what women students want from their courses and if you're happy with the education you're engaged in.

An info table/discussion space will be set up on Bush Court on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Come along and pick yourself up an info pack of useful goodies.
